Product Engineer

Franchising is a massive industry with over 800,000 locations in the US, nearly a trillion dollars in annual consumer spend, and a rapidly growing footprint internationally. Multi-unit operators account for over 50% of all franchise locations, yet the tooling and infrastructure to build and scale these portfolios is fragmented and outdated. We're changing that, backed by leading investors, angels, and franchise industry leaders.

We're looking for a Product Engineer who can own core pieces of our product end-to-end. Your impact will span the full stack — shipping polished frontend experiences in React and Next.js and building the APIs, data models, and backend services that power our AI agents. You'll join a small, fast-moving, AI-native engineering team where you'll have significant autonomy and a real voice in what we build and how we build it.

• Shape our frontend experience, backend architecture, and overall developer experience
• Explore and prototype AI-driven product features and agents
• Build and iterate on web features using React, Next.js, and TypeScript
• Design and build backend services, APIs, and data pipelines that power our AI agents and platform
• Independently push features end-to-end, while also collaborating with Design and Product to turn ideas into polished products
• Help make core technical and product decisions as part of a tight, fast-moving team

• 4+ years of relevant engineering experience, ideally at a technology startup or early-stage company
• Strong full-stack engineering experience architecting and shipping polished, user-facing products
• Product-driven in your approach to engineering, with a strong eye for design, UX, and performance
• High ownership mindset: you drive every feature through to the finish and hold yourself accountable to a high standard
• Curious and ambitious: you love digging into hard engineering problems and turning them into polished user experiences
• Bias for action: you ship and iterate quickly without waiting for perfect specs or complete information
• AI-native: you use AI coding tools to amplify your impact and velocity. Even if your current company doesn't lean into AI, you regularly use AI tools personally, and you're eager to work somewhere that leverages AI as a core pillar
• Interest in franchising and local businesses is a plus
